Robert Rosenblum was an American art historian and curator. Rosenblum specialized in European and American art from the 18th to 20th centuries. Rosenblum studied art history at both Queens College and Yale University and in 1956 he received his Ph.D. from New York University's Institute of Fine Arts. Rosenblum taught at Princeton University, Yale University, Oxford University, the University of Michigan, and New York University's Institute of Fine Arts. Rosenblum was also the Curator of Twentieth-Century Art at the Soloman R. Guggenheim Museum. Rosenblum died in 2006 at the age of 79.
