Marco Frascari was an Italian architect and architectural theorist. Frascari studied at Università luav di Venezia and earned his PhD at the University of Pennsylvania in architecture. Frascari taught at the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, Virginia Tech, and Columbia. In 2005, Frascari became the director of the David Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Frascari died in June of 2013.
