The Future of the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor. E. THOMAS ARNOLD, JR., P.E.
Tom currently serves as the Acting Capital Programs Administrator for Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 8, which includes the planning, engineering, and construction departments. With nearly 20 years of service at District 8, Tom has served in many roles including project manager for the 1-71 & Martin Luther King, Jr. interchange and Segment 11/111 of the Eastern Corridor, and he will be transitioning into the role of Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project Manager in May of 2023. He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Dayton, earned his professional engineer license in Ohio in 2007, and is a father of three kids under the age of 10.
